We strive to deliver all the packages to you in the best condition and in the minimum possible time. We provide free shipping for all order above Rs. 1,000. For orders under Rs. 1,000, a shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable on all orders .
All products should reach you within 7 - 10 working days. However, in situations beyond our control there may be circumstances, when there is a delay.
How do I know if my area is serviceable or not? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery payment in my area?
The COD facility and courier service is available in most parts of India. However, if you are unsure, you can check it directly before checking out from your cart , you can also call us between 10am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday or email us at email@example.com. We will inform you as soon as possible about the availability of COD option in your area.

All items purchased can be returned if the product is faulty or defective on receipt. If you are facing any such issues you can email us and we will call you back as soon as possible to process an exchange or return.
You must raise a return request by filling our return request form within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
Product must be in perfect condition.
Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
The amount will be refunded in the bank account within 7- 10 working days. Please note the shipping charge where applicable will not be refunded.
Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days.
If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
We currently provide shipping only within India. However, if you would like to place an order outside of India, please send us an email at email@example.com with the products and quantities that you would like and we would be glad to provide you with the shipping charges and details for the same. Once your order has been confirmed, payment can be made by money transfer, mastercard, maestro or visa.
Out of Service Locations
As our delivery agents try to cover most of India, some locations may yet be out of reach for them. In such cases, we try to use another service but, unfortunately, can not confirm delivery time. However, we assure you we will try our best to reach your purchase well in time. Multiple modes may also be used to deliver packages to such locations. If the shipment is unable to be sent out to you, we will give you a complete refund of your amount.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location within 7 - 10 working days
Topsy Turvy Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
